Most of my friends and work associates are aware of the long-term stalking (by my brother that has a history of drug abuse, drug distribution arrests (as detailed on page 3 in the local newspaper) and severe mental illness) that we have endured over the last SIX years.  Most friends and relatives are familiar with the 'swatting' incident in Double Bay, our move out of state, the tpo restraining order that was issued/court hearing a few months ago in Nashville, and our efforts to stop this drug addict and his partner who actively enables/supports him and seemingly participates in the stalking; I say seemingly because we have recently found evidence that some of the e-mails that had been sent to us were from the same email address used to register a website owned by the stalker's long time partner of 20 years.  Our twelve-year-old boys have also been targeted by this relative at their school for much of 2017.  Why?  Because my mother left them a substantial inheritance and this relative didn't like it.  That's the only reason I can think of, other than to try and get to me, that he would target my children.  Targeting the boys started off in Sydney (on the school's social media outlet) a few months before the hearing.  Social media posts referring to the boys and us in a derogatory manner have also been distributed across multiple platforms through our mutual friends and through my clients/associates and their dad's work that's with a well-known company.  The boys are very aware of this relative and his attempts to harass us.  The video they made for Judge Allegra Walker detailing the impact of their uncle's behavior and how it has affected them is no secret and as they are almost 13yo, they were very eager to have their voices heard. This drug addict and his partner run a "legal blog," and I'm assuming the 'legal expertise' comes from the partner who works as a marketing manager at Nashville's Bass Berry Sims, who have also been informed of the e-mails and connection to their employee's personal website.  The blog is defamatory, libelous and fictitious.  The facts are, you don't become citizens of another country without rigorous background and health checks & meeting character requirements (letters of reference from other Australian citizens). You don't hold a working with children cert and you don't work in Defence if you are ANYTHING LESS than stellar citizens.  The same cannot be said for the stalker.  The harassment in this 'blog' is just a tiny sample of what we have endured for six years from this sad, obsessed and mentally ill man with whom I have not had any sort of brother/sister relationship since I was in my early 20's.

To bring you up to date now that six months have passed - hundreds of phone calls/recordings were unearthed just after the court hearing (with some professional help) in which this relative called other victims via a Spoofcard from his own phone number (including some calls which impersonated law enforcement and the coroner), calls to people I know and even one nine-minute call to the MGA pretending to be the Today Show on the night of the 2016 Bowness Prize announcement, we are now hopeful that justice will prevail and the investigative process will wrap up soon.  Mercer University has all the call details and recordings that were made to the statistics professor that failed him, subsequently causing him not to graduate (they did allow him to walk, but no degree was issued), victims have been contacted and in some cases, reports to law enforcement had been filed in Atlanta, but at the time there was no proof of who the perpetrator was!  The FBI in Nashville now has all the information including the recordings of every call made and Spoofcard has stated they will work with law enforcement.  Time will tell. 

So....that's it for the update on the stalking situation!  Below are a few photos I took on the iPhone here in South Australia on one of our sailing excursions to Port Lincoln.  Nate is back to competing and Zach is now learning to program with a Raspberry Pi.  They have settled in well at school and have made lots of new friends (while still keeping in touch with their Sydney friends).   We also have a small, female koala that lives in a tree over our pool.  :-)
